Ordering Hub → Replenishment builds a worklist of everything under its reorder level across the locations you’re allowed to order for.
Choosing a strategy
Fill to Level — suggests enough to bring each item back up to its replenish level.
Days of Cover — sizes the suggestion from actual sales velocity: pick a Velocity Window (30 days / 90 days / 365 days / same season last year) and how many Days of Cover you want to hold, and the tool suggests daily sales × cover days, minus what’s on hand and already on order.
Buy or move
If another location is sitting on surplus stock above its own target level, the row recommends Move instead of Buy, naming the source location and how much spare stock it has so you don’t order more of something you already own elsewhere. You can override the recommendation per-line with the Action dropdown.
Generating documents
Check the rows you want, adjust quantities if needed, and click Generate Documents. This creates:
One draft purchase order per supplier for every “Buy” row.
One draft stock transfer per source location for every “Move” row.
Nothing is committed automatically these land in the hub as drafts, ready for the normal review, approval, wizard-editing, and receiving flow.
