Printing Barcode Labels for Received Items

Written by Aaron

Three ways to print labels for stock you’ve received:

  1. Right after completing a shipment, tick “Print barcode labels after completing” before you click Complete Shipment. You land directly on a label sheet for exactly the units in that delivery.

  2. From a shipment in the history every completed shipment on a PO’s detail page has its own Print Labels link, so you can reprint a specific delivery later.

  3. From the purchase order itselfPrint Received Labels on the PO detail page prints one sheet covering everything received across all shipments on that order.

Labels carry the item name, variation, and, where applicable, the expiry date and a quantity matching what was actually received (fractional/partial receipts are handled correctly).
