Replenishment Picker

Replenishment picker Adds a picker that surfaces what needs restocking and routes inventory between locations automatically based on sales velocity. Helps merchants keep the right stock in the right store without manual transfers.


Adding Items to a Purchase Order from Replenishment

  1. On the left side on the menu, expand the Stock Management section and click on Receiving.

  2. Click the blue Receive action toggle next to the scanner field and change the mode to Purchase Order from the drop-down menu.

  3. Navigate to the right-side panel and click into the field labeled Type supplier's name... to search for and select your specific vendor.

  4. Once the supplier profile is successfully attached to the order, click the blue Add from Replenishment button that appears within the supplier panel.

  5. In the replenishment pop-up window, click the All Categories dropdown menu to refine your search guidelines by a specific inventory department or grouping.

  6. From the dropdown list, select the exact item category you need to replenish to isolate those products.

  7. To focus on inventory shortages, check the box next to Only below reorder point to automatically hide items that are adequately stocked.

  8. Click the Apply button at the bottom of the filtering box to refresh and populate the replenishment item list based on your criteria.

  9. In the filtered list, type your order amounts into the Qty to Add column next to each item. Click the blue Add to PO button in the bottom-right corner to send them to your main purchase order grid.
