Configurable notification mode: per-work-order vs. once-per-sale Lets merchants choose how customer notifications fire on multi-item tickets: one message per work order or a single message per sale. Gives shops control over how chatty their SMS and receipt alerts are.
Per-work-order vs. Once-per-sale
From the Dashboard, click Settings located next to your profile.
From the Settings page, use the search bar or scroll down to the Work Orders section.
Choose your preferred notification method for work order status updates.
After making your selection, click Save.
