Accessing card options

  1. From the Sales screen, tap Credit Card.

  2. At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see two options:

    • Manually Enter Card

    • Save Card for Customer

Manually entering a card

  • Tap Manually Enter Card.

  • You’ll be taken to a secure screen where you can type in the card number and required details.

  • Once entered, complete the sale as usual.

  • This option is useful when the card reader is unavailable or when a card needs to be keyed in.

Saving a card for a customer

  • Tap Save Card for Customer to store the card on file.

  • The card is securely saved to the selected customer’s profile.

  • The sale can then be completed using the saved card.

Managing cards on file

  • Customers can have multiple cards saved on their profile if your subscription includes card storage.

  • Each saved card can be:

    • Edited and given a nickname for easy identification.

    • Deleted at any time from the customer profile.

  • The system clearly shows which card was last used, making repeat checkouts faster and easier.

This setup helps speed up future transactions while giving you full control over stored payment methods.

Note: You cam default to save cards, and / or Manually Key in Transactions in Location settings under payments.
