Items can have multiple identifiers when stored in Vibe. Optimize your checkout flow by choosing which identifier you’d like employees to see during a sales transaction.
This ensures your team can quickly recognize items based on what makes the most sense for your store.
To update your Item Display Identifiers, follow the steps below:
From the Dashboard, navigate to Store Config. in the left-menu.
Type into the search bar, or scroll down the menu list, to locate and select Sales.
In the Item ID to show on Sales Interface, click into the field and make a selection. Select from: Item ID, Item Number, Product ID, or None.
Click Save to keep any changes made.
