Setting up automatic reports in your store allows you to stay updated on how your business flows from day to day. To set up automatic emails, follow the steps below:
From the Dashboard, navigate to Locations in the left-hand menu.
Select the Location you'd like to set up emails for. Click Edit.
In the Location Information tab, scroll down.
There are four fields with email settings you can update.
E-Mail All Sales To E-Mail & E-Mail All Receivings To E-Mail
Click in each field to enter the email address where you want to receive Sales or Receiving transactions at.
Click Save to keep any changes made.
Note: Enable these two settings to receive immediate individual updates on Sales and Receiving transactions.
Auto E-Mail Reports Address
Click in each field to enter the email address where you want to receive automatic email reports at.
Select the Day and Time for when you'd like to receive the emails.
Click Save to keep any changes made.
Note: The automatic email report sent is Today’s Close Out Report, which provides an overview of every transaction type for the entire day
