You can access customer vouchers at any time, either during a sale or from the customer’s profile. Follow these step-by-step instructions.
Quick View During a Sale
From the Dashboard, go to Sales in the left-hand menu. Add Items to the sale as needed. Begin typing to attach a customer to the sale.
After the customer is attached, click the customer’s name.
Click Vouchers to view active or redeemed vouchers associated with the customer.
Copy any voucher code you need.
Click X to return to the sales screen.
Access Through Customer Profiles
From the Dashboard, go to Customers in the left-hand menu.
Find the customer using the search bar or by scrolling the list. Click the customer’s name to open their profile.
3. Open the Vouchers tab. View or copy voucher codes from this tab.
Note: The Vouchers tab will show the total number of active or redeemed vouchers in parentheses (X).
