The Vouchers feature allows you to create unique discount codes for specific items. Vouchers are ideal for offering special discounts to select customers, or, for promotions with limitations. To create a voucher, follow the steps below:
Create A Voucher
From the Dashboard, click the Vouchers tab in the left-hand menu.
Click + Issue New Voucher in the top-right corner.
Enter the following details:
Customer - Attach the voucher to a specific customer.
Item - Enter the name of the item the voucher applies to.
Value - Set the discount amount for the voucher.
Expiry Date (Optional) - Choose a date for the voucher to expire.
Comment (Optional) - Add any extra notes.
4. Click Issue Voucher to save any changes.
A pop-up will confirm the voucher has been created and display the voucher code.
View Voucher Details
Click the blue View button in the Action column to see information such as:
Issue Date
Status
Issued By
Void a Voucher
To cancel a voucher, click the red X in the Action column.
Tip: Voiding a voucher immediately invalidates it and it cannot be used again.
