Time Clock Reports

View, track, and manage employee time and attendance. Learn how to review clock-in/out punches, time-off requests, and total hours worked for accurate payroll and record-keeping.

1. Accessing Time Clock Reporting

  • Navigate to the time clock reporting section.

  • Review employee clock in and clock out times.


2. Time Off Reports

  • Select the time off reports option.

  • Review employee requests for time off.

  • Approve or deny requests as necessary.

  • Employees can view the status of their requests on their clock screen.


3. Summary Reports

  • Choose the summary reports option.

  • Select the desired date range for the report.

  • Specify whether to view reports for specific employees or all employees.

  • Choose the location for the report.

  • Decide if you want to export the report to Excel.

  • Review the overview of employee clock ins and clock outs.


4. Detailed Reports

  • Access the detailed report option.

  • View all clock ins and clock outs for employees.

  • Check for any deleted or edited punches.

  • Review the IP addresses from which employees clocked in and out.

  • Note the times, employee names, and any comments left by employees.


5. Totals Overview

  • At the top of the reports, review the totals for clock ins and clock outs.

  • Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to approve or deny time off requests.

  • Double-check the date range and employee selection before generating reports to avoid errors.

  • Regularly check time off requests to ensure timely approvals.

  • Familiarize yourself with the report options to quickly access the information you need.

  • Use the export feature to analyze data in Excel for better insights.
