Redeem Series feature lets you manage items or services sold in multiple uses. You can set up a series under an item and redeem it later from the customer’s profile.
How to Add a Series to an Item
Follow the steps below to add a series to an item:
Go to Inventory.
Select an existing item or click Add New Item.
Click Edit to open the item details.
Scroll down to the section labeled Sold in a Series.
Under Series Quantity, enter the number of uses or sessions you want to include in the package.
Click Save to update the item.
How to Redeem a Series for a Customer
Once a series is added to an item, you can redeem it for a specific customer by following these steps:
Go to the Customers tab.
Select the customer who purchased the series.
Click the three dots (⋯) next to the Edit button.
Choose Redeem Series from the dropdown menu.
On the Redeem Series page, you can view all the packages the customer owns.
From here, you can:
Redeem a session or use.
Edit or Delete a record as needed.
