Vibe Retail offers three subscription tiers: Essential, Pro, and Ultimate. The Pro tier is the most popular, while the Ultimate tier includes custom API access. Customers can choose between monthly or annual billing, with annual payments providing a discounted rate across all tiers. Billing cycles are based on the initial subscription date. System access will be suspended if a payment fails.
Identifying Your Plan
To identify your plan, follow the steps below:
Log in to Vibe using your credentials.
Navigate to Your Profile (top right corner) > Update Billing.
Click this link to manage your billing.
Review the banner that says “You’re currently on the…” to identify your current plan. From this page, you can also update or change your billing information and subscription.
