Setting up your Dejavoo terminal ensures smooth credit card processing through Vibe. Follow the steps below to connect your terminal and start processing payments seamlessly:

  1. Connect to Wi-Fi.

    Plug in your Dejavoo terminal and make sure it’s connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.

  2. Enable Credit Card Processing in Vibe.

    Follow the steps below to enable Credit Card Processing in Vibe:

    • In Vibe, go to Locations > Integrations.

    • Confirm that Enable Credit Card Processing is turned on.

  3. Verify Processor and Keys.

    To verify the processor and key, ensure the processor is set to Dejavoo.

    Check that the Terminal Keys and Authentication Keys correspond to the correct register and terminal.

  4. Confirm Connection.
    ​


    To confirm connection:

    • When the terminal is online and connected to the server, a green light will appear next to the terminal.

    • The terminal screen should display “Dejavoo Spin” and “Listening”.

  5. Start Processing Sales.

    • Once connected, you’re ready to begin processing transactions through your Dejavoo terminal.
