Manage Emails To Customers, Employees, and Suppliers Through VIBE.

Vibe lets you send emails directly to customers, employees, and suppliers — making communication fast and effortless.


Customers

Email your customers directly from the Customers page to share updates, invoices, or other important information. Follow the steps below:

  1. To email a customer, click Customers in the left menu.

  2. Select the checkbox next to the customer’s name.

    Click E-Mail in the menu above. A pop-up will open using your default email service, and the customer’s email address will auto-fill.


Employees

Email employees to send reminders, notices, or any work-related updates directly from Vibe. Follow the steps below:

  1. To email a customer, click Employees in the left menu.

  2. Select the checkbox next to the employee’s name.

    Click E-Mail in the menu above. A pop-up will open using your default email service, and the employee's email address will auto-fill.


Suppliers

Email suppliers to confirm orders, request information, or follow up on deliveries. Follow the steps below:

  1. To email a customer, click Suppliers in the left menu.

  2. Select the checkbox next to the edit button.

    Click E-Mail in the menu above. A pop-up will open using your default email service, and the supplier’s email address will auto-fill.
