Dashboard Overview

Dashboard Overview is your one-stop view of everything happening in your business. Think of it as a snapshot of key information in one centralized place, helping you stay organized and make smarter decisions.

From inventory and customers to sales, suppliers, reports, and more, the dashboard brings all essential metrics together in a clear, easy-to-navigate view.


Inventory

Inventory tab gives you complete control over your products and pricing. Use this feature to set up items and categories. Manage manufacturers, set attributes, and apply price rules to keep your stock organized and easy to track.

You can also create item kits, apply modifiers, and use tags to simplify product management, ensure accurate pricing, and process faster sales.


Customers

Customers tab helps you manage and strengthen your relationships with shoppers.

You can easily add and track customer profiles, review purchase history, and manage subscriptions all in one place.


Label Designs

Label Designs tab lets you create, customize, and manage product labels to fit your business needs. Each label includes details such as ID, name, width, height, and status, making it easy to keep designs organized and ready for use.

Edit existing labels or add new ones to ensure your products are always displayed with the right information and professional presentation.


Suppliers

Suppliers tab helps you manage the vendors and companies that provide products to your business.

View and organize supplier details such as company name, contact person, email, and phone number, all in one place. This makes it easier to track vendor relationships, streamline purchasing, and ensure you always have the right products in stock.


Reports

Reports tab gives you quick access to all the data you need to track business performance.

From sales and inventory to customers, employees, suppliers, and expenses, you can generate detailed or custom reports that provide clear insights into every part of your operation.


Receiving

Receiving tab makes it easy to add new stock into your inventory. Search or scan items, select a supplier, and apply discounts. Review costs and quantities before finalizing.

This ensures that every product you receive is accurately recorded, keeping your inventory and expenses up to date.


Sales

Sales tab allows you to process transactions quickly and accurately. Scan or search for items, select a customer, apply discounts, and track totals in real time.

Assign staff to sales transactions, manage item tiers, and edit taxes. The Sales tool ensures every transaction is smooth, transparent, and correctly recorded.


Deliveries

Deliveries tab helps you manage and track customer orders from start to finish. View delivery statuses, such as shipped, delivered, received, or picked up.

View customer details, assign deliveries to employees, and manage categories.

This ensures every order is monitored, organized, and completed accurately, giving both your team and customers confidence in the delivery process.


Work Orders

The Work Orders tab helps you manage every step of the repair and service process with ease.

Create new work orders, track statuses, and assign technicians.

You can quickly search, filter, and update work orders, ensuring smooth operations and accurate records. Collect payments, edit details, and customize fields. Work Orders tab keeps your workflow organized and your customers informed.


Expenses

Expenses tab allows you to record and track business costs in one place.

Expense entry includes details such as type, description, category, amount, payment method, tax, recipient, and approval. This makes it easy to monitor spending, keep accurate financial records, and ensure accountability across your business operations.


Appointments

Appointments tab helps you schedule and manage meetings or services with customers.

Appointments tab includes details such as category, assigned employee, start and end time, and notes. This makes it simple to organize bookings, avoid scheduling conflicts, and ensure every customer receives timely service.


Employees

Employees tab allows you to manage staff information and maintain accurate records.

An employee profile includes details such as a name, email, phone number, and unique ID. This section makes it easy to track your team, assign roles, and ensure communication and accountability across your business.


Gift Cards

Gift Cards tab makes it easy to create, manage, and track gift cards for your customers.

Entry includes the gift card number, value, description, customer name, and status active or inactive. You can also clone existing cards for faster setup. This ensures a smooth process for selling, redeeming, and monitoring gift cards, helping boost sales and customer loyalty.


Store Configuration

Store Configuration tab allows you to customize key settings for your store.

From adjusting business details to enabling additional features, this section helps you tailor the platform to match your store’s unique needs. If you’re looking for other configuration options, you can easily navigate to them directly from here.


Locations

Locations tab allows you to manage each store or branch connected to your POS Vibe system.

For every location, you can store details such as ID, name, address, phone number, and email. If your business operates in multiple places, this section helps keep operations organized across all sites.


Messages

Messages tab helps you manage communication directly within Vibe. You can view new messages and keep track of sent messages, ensuring nothing gets missed.

This feature makes it easy to stay connected, follow up with customers or staff, and maintain clear communication right from your dashboard.


Permission Requests

Permission Requests tab allows managers or administrators to review and approve staff access requests.

Requests ensure that employees only have the permissions they need so that your system stays secure. If there are no requests pending, the page will display a notification.


Invoices

Invoices tab helps you manage billing and payment records for both customers and suppliers.

You can create, track, and organize invoices in one place, making it easy to monitor transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure payments are processed smoothly.


Time Clock

Time Clock tab helps employees record their working hours with ease.

Staff can clock in and out, view their punch history, submit time-off requests, and track approvals, all in one place. Managers can review these records to ensure accurate payroll and scheduling.
