Vibe integrates seamlessly with Twilio to send SMS messages and receipts to your customers. Follow the steps below to connect your Twilio account and start using SMS features in Vibe:
To get started, you’ll need a Twilio account.
Head over to Twilio Website and sign up for a new account.After signing up, make sure your Twilio account is enabled for SMS messaging.
Once activated, Twilio will provide you with three important credentials:Phone Number
SID (Account SID)
Auth Token
To proceed, Go to Vibe Dashboard.
Then click the Locations tab.
Click Edit button.
Go to the Integrations section and scroll down until you find the fields for Twilio.
Enter your Twilio Phone Number, SID, and Auth Token in the corresponding fields.
Send SMS to Customers.
To send a message:Go to the Customers module.
Check the boxes next to the customers you want to message.
Click Send SMS.
Type your message and send it instantly.
Send SMS Receipts.
When completing a sale, simply check the “Send SMS” button next to any customer who has a valid phone number.
The system will automatically send the receipt via SMS once the transaction is completed.
