Clone Gift Card feature lets you quickly create a new card from an existing one, saving time when issuing multiple cards with similar details. Follow the steps below:
From Dashboard, click Gift Cards tab.
Locate the gift card you want to copy.
In the last column of that row, click Clone. When prompted, click OK to confirm.
Enter the employee details.
The following fields will copy automatically:Description
Value
Customer Name
To manually set up a gift card the following fields must be set manually:
Manually Enter Card.
Select this if you’re adding a gift card outside a sales transaction.Gift Card Number.
Enter the number used to apply the card during a sale.
Inactive.
Check this box to make the gift card unavailable for use.
Once all details are confirmed, click Save in the bottom-right corner to create the new gift card.
