Manage Your Appointments

Appointments feature allows you to schedule meetings or services with clients. You can organize appointments by categories you create and manage them directly within the system.

Note: Integration with external scheduling platforms is not yet available but will be supported in future updates.


Add a New Appointment

To add a new appointment follow the steps below:

  1. From Dashboard, click the Appointments tab.

  2. Click New Appointment button in the top-right corner.

  3. Fill in all required fields marked in red. Fields Overview:

    • Appointment Start.
      Click inside the appointment start field to select the date and the time that the appointment is scheduled to begin.

    • Appointment End.
      By default, the program assumes an appointment will be finished on the same calendar date it started.

    • Appointment for Person.
      Enter the name of the person who will be attending the appointment with your company.

    • Employee.
      Click the dropdown and you can see all of your active store employees to choose from.

    • Category.
      Click to see the dropdown of category options for your delivery.

    • Notes.
      You can add any additional information that your employee may need to know about the appointment that has been set up.


    Once done, click Save in the bottom right to create the appointment.

Note: Before adding your first appointment, ensure at least one appointment category is set up.


Edit an Appointment

To edit an appointment follow the step below:

  1. From Dashboard, click the Appointments tab.

  2. Locate the appointment you want to update.

    Click Edit beside the appointment.

  3. Adjust any necessary details.


    Click Save to apply changes.


View Today’s Appointments

To quickly check appointments scheduled for the current day:

  1. From Dashboard, click the Appointments tab.

  2. Click the three-dots in the top-right corner.


    Select Today’s Appointments.

  3. This switches the view to Day View, showing:

    • Appointment time

    • Category

    • Assigned employee

    • Client name


    To return to the regular list view, click the left arrow in the top-right corner.


Delete an Appointment

To delete an appointment follow the step below:

  1. From Dashboard, click the Appointments tab.

  2. Locate and select the appointment you want to delete.

  3. Click Delete above the list.


    Confirm the deletion when prompted by clicking OK.

Note: Tip: You can delete multiple appointments at once by selecting multiple rows.


Manage Deleted Appointments

If you deleted an appointment by mistake, you can recover it unless cleanup has been performed. Follow the steps below:

  1. From Dashboard, click the Appointments tab.

  2. Click the three-dots in the top-right corner.


    Select Manage Deleted Appointments.

  3. Check the box next to the appointments you want to restore.

  4. Click Undelete from the menu above the list.


    Click Done to return to the main page.


Manage Appointment Categories

Use categories to organize your appointments by type. Follow the steps below:

  1. From Dashboard, click the Appointments tab.

  2. Click the three-dots in the top-right corner.


    Select Manage Appointment Categories.

  3. The Manage Categories tab will open. From this page, you can:

    • Add Category

    • Edit Category

    • Delete Category


    Click Done to return to the main Appointments page.
