In-Store Pickup lets you set aside orders for customers to collect later. This helps you schedule pickups and keep inventory accurate until the order is picked up.
Note: Before using this feature, review Delivery Categories and Delivery Statuses to organize and track pickups effectively.
Create an In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup allows customers to collect their orders directly from your store. Follow the steps below to set it up:
From Dashboard, click Sales tab.
Start a new sale.
Once a customer is added, the Delivery option appears below the customer information.Add all items to the sale.
Click Delivery to open the Delivery page.
Under the Delivery Method tab, select In-Store Pickup.
When setting up an in-store pickup, you can fill out the following optional fields:Expected Pick-Up.
Set the date and time the customer will collect their order.Delivery Comment.
Add any special notes or instructions.Status.
Select from the delivery statuses available in your store.Category.
Assign a delivery category for better organization.Duration.
Choose a pickup window in 15-minute increments, starting at 30 minutes and up to 40 hours.
