Setting up Delivery Statuses helps you monitor each delivery’s progress at a glance. You can label and color-code deliveries by their current stage and even send customer notifications automatically.
Manage Delivery Statuses
Follow the steps below to view or create delivery statuses:
From Dashboard, click Deliveries tab.
In the top-right corner, click the three-dots.
Select Manage Statuses.Click Add Status.
Enter a Status Name and short Description.
Then click inside the Color field to choose a color from the dropdown. Click Save when finished.
Note:
This is optional, select how to notify customers when this status is set:
Email.
Sends an automatic email notification.SMS.
Sends a text message notification.
Edit or Delete a Status
You can modify or remove delivery statuses to keep your tracking system up to date.
Follow the steps below:
To edit a status, click Edit next to its name. You can update its name, color, description, or notification settings.
To delete a status, click Delete.
Note: Deleting a status cannot be undone. It will be removed from all deliveries that previously used it.
Statuses and the Delivery Calendar
If you want your calendar to display colors based on delivery statuses, follow these steps:
From the Dashboard, click the Store Config tab.
In the top search bar, type delivery and press Enter.
Under Orders and Deliveries, find the Delivery Color Based On field.
From the dropdown menu, select Status.Now, when you view the Delivery Calendar, each delivery will display its status color for quick visual reference.
