Managing Your Deliveries

Deliveries allow you to attach shipping or drop-off details directly to a sale. You can create, edit, and track deliveries either during a sale or through the main Deliveries feature.


Create a Delivery During a Sale

To Create Delivery follow the steps below:

  1. Start a sale and attach a customer.


    Add items and discounts, then click Delivery.

  2. In the Delivery popup, select Delivery method.


    Complete required details, then continue to the Delivery Address tab.

  3. Confirm or update the customer’s address. Review optional tabs:

    • Delivery Fees

    • Employee

    • Tracking Number

    • Expected Dates

    • Comments


    When finished, click Save Delivery.

Note:

  • Deliveries can be edited or canceled before completing a sale.

  • Once the sale is finalized, the delivery is saved in the system.

  • Incomplete sales with pending deliveries appear in the Deliveries section for review.


View Deliveries

To view the deliveries follow the steps below:

  1. From Dashboard, click the Deliveries tab.


    To see all deliveries in list view.

  2. Use the filter (funnel icon) or calendar search to quickly locate deliveries.


Update Deliveries Through Sales

To update the delivery through sale follow the steps below:

  1. From Dashboard, click the Sales tab.

  2. In Customer section, click the three-dots.

    Under the three-dots, select Show last sale receipt or Lookup Receipt.

  3. Click Edit, then Delivery (blue checkmark).


    Make updates and select Save Delivery.


Update Deliveries in the Deliveries Feature

To update deliveries in deliveries tab follow the step below:

  1. From Dashboard, select Deliveries tab.

  2. Locate the delivery and click Edit.

    Make changes and click Save.

Note:

  • Major changes such as carrier, zone, or fees must be edited through the sale.

  • Quick updates like status or category can be made directly in Deliveries.


Delete Deliveries

You can delete deliveries in three ways:

  1. Delete a sale removes its deliveries.

  2. Cancel a delivery within a sale before completing it.

  3. Delete directly in Deliveries.


    Go to Deliveries, select the delivery, and click Delete.


Recover a Deleted Delivery

If a delivery was deleted by mistake, you may be able to restore it. Use the steps below to recover a deleted delivery.

Follow the steps below:

  • From Deliveries, click the three-dots Manage Deleted Deliveries.

  • Select the delivery and click Undelete.

  • If the delivery was deleted by canceling a sale or deleting a sale, it cannot be undeleted.
