Sale Receipts

After completing a sale, you are taken to the Sale Receipt screen, which summarizes the transaction and provides several actions like editing, printing, or creating purchase orders. Follow the steps below:

  1. Find a Sale Receipt.
    Locate sales receipts from the Sales screen, whether you need the most recent transaction or an older one.


    You can use:

    • Most Recent Sale.
      On the Sales screen, click the three-dots in the Customer section, then select Show Last Sale Receipt.

    • Specific Sale Older.
      Click Lookup Receipt, then enter the Sale ID to locate the receipt.

  2. Actions on a Sale Receipt.
    Sale Receipt screen offers several quick actions you can take after completing a transaction, from editing and printing to creating related orders.


    Actions Options:

    • Edit.
      Reopen the sale to make changes, then click Complete Sale to update.

    • Fulfillment Sheet.
      View or print a simplified item list.

    • Gift Receipt. Print a version without prices; switch back with Regular Receipt.

    • Create PO.

      Generate a purchase order from the sale (redirects to Receiving).

    • Download PDF.

      Save a PDF copy of the receipt.

    • Clone.

      Create a new sale with the same items, customer info, and pricing; edit as needed, then complete or suspend.

    • Print.

      Print a physical copy of the receipt.

    • Pop Open Cash Drawer.

      Open the register directly from the receipt screen.

    • New Sale.

      Close the receipt and start a new transaction.


To enable gift receipts that don’t show the items just a barcode, in store config enable "condensed Gift Receipt"

Keyboard shortcuts for the receipt screen:
[F1]- Print Receipt

[F2] - Gift receipt

[F3] - Lookup Receipt

[F4] - Edit Sale

[F5] - toggle sale & work order receipt

[F12]- Return to sales screen
