Order Estimates feature lets you create a sales quote without completing a transaction. This is helpful when customers want to see the total cost before purchasing or getting approval. Follow the step below:
From Dashboard, click the Sales tab.
Click the Sale button near the search bar.
Choose Estimate from the dropdown.
Add items, customer information, discounts, and taxes as you would in a regular sale.
If you add a payment and click Complete Sale, the estimate will convert into a finalized sale.
To save an estimate for later, click Suspend Sale.
Select Estimate then estimate will be stored like a suspended sale.
