The Offline Mode feature lets you continue processing sales even without an internet connection, ensuring your business runs smoothly. To enable offline mode, follow the steps below:
Log in as an Admin.
βGo to Store Config from the left menu.
βSearch Mode to enable offline mode.

Note:
Enabling Offline Mode also activates HTTPS, which is required for this feature.
Visit the Sales screen to start the background sync.
Let the initial sync finish without interruption.
When offline, the Sales interface automatically switches to offline mode.
The system syncs once per day while your browser stays open and logged in.
