Offline Mode

The Offline Mode feature lets you continue processing sales even without an internet connection, ensuring your business runs smoothly. To enable offline mode, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in as an Admin.
    ​

  2. Go to Store Config from the left menu.
    ​

  3. Search Mode to enable offline mode.
    ​

Note:

  • Enabling Offline Mode also activates HTTPS, which is required for this feature.

  • Visit the Sales screen to start the background sync.

  • Let the initial sync finish without interruption.

  • When offline, the Sales interface automatically switches to offline mode.

  • The system syncs once per day while your browser stays open and logged in.
