Subscriptions help you manage customer billing for recurring payments. Follow the steps below to review, update, or fix any subscription issues:
From Dashboard, click the Customers tab in left menu.
Under the Customers tab, select the Subscriptions tab.
Review the subscription status.
Subscription Statuses:Current.
Credit card is up to date; charges will occur as scheduled.Failed.
There is an issue with the credit card on file.Canceled.
The credit card on file has failed at least three times; the subscription has been canceled.
To update a subscription, click Edit.
Update the charge information or payment method as needed.
Check the Next Payment Date to confirm upcoming charges. Once done, click Save to apply the changes.
