Manage Customer Subscriptions

Subscriptions help you manage customer billing for recurring payments. Follow the steps below to review, update, or fix any subscription issues:

  1. From Dashboard, click the Customers tab in left menu.

  2. Under the Customers tab, select the Subscriptions tab.

  3. Review the subscription status.


    ​Subscription Statuses:

    • Current.
      Credit card is up to date; charges will occur as scheduled.

    • Failed.
      There is an issue with the credit card on file.

    • Canceled.
      The credit card on file has failed at least three times; the subscription has been canceled.

  4. To update a subscription, click Edit.

  5. Update the charge information or payment method as needed.

    Check the Next Payment Date to confirm upcoming charges. Once done, click Save to apply the changes.
