After creating attributes for an item, you can add the variations you offer. Variations can be added manually or auto-created. Each variation requires the following details:

  • Name

  • Attribute

  • Item Number

  • E-commerce Item (Yes or No)

  • Variation ID

Note: Item Number is optional, but provides a shortcut for sales.

  1. From the dashboard, click the Inventory tab.

  2. Under the Inventory tab, select Items.

  3. Click the Edit button to add variation manually.

  4. Locate the Variations section.

  5. Click Add Item Variation button.

Fill in the required fields. Once done, click save.
