After completing a receiving, you’ll be directed to the Receivings Receipt screen. This screen summarizes the transaction and provides several options to manage or reuse the receipt.
To make changes to a Receiving, click Edit from the top-left menu.
After making adjustments, complete the receiving again to update the system.
To generate labels, click Labels.
Create either a Barcode Label or QR Code Label for the items in the receipt.
For tracking or reporting, click the Excel Export to download a spreadsheet containing all items and prices.
If you need a digital copy, click the downward arrow to download a full PDF version of the receipt.
If you need to create a similar receiving, save time by using Clone.
This duplicates the receipt, which you can edit as needed before choosing to Finish or Suspend.
For a hard copy, select Print and use your preferred printer settings to produce a physical receipt.
