The Reports Overview includes a wide range of tools to show how your business is performing at a glance. From financial summaries to detailed transaction logs, every report gives clear data to help you make smarter decisions.

Here's a breakdown of each report category and what it offers:


Quick Access Reports

Quickly reach your most-used reports to save time and view key data at a glance.

  • Favorites – Pin your most frequently used reports to save time.

  • Popular – The most commonly used reports, covering sales, profit & loss, expenses, receiving, and customer activity. Great for high-level insights.


Sales and Customer Reports

Get a complete picture of your sales performance and customer activity across your business.

  • Sales – Full breakdown of sales by time, location, payment method, and product performance.

  • Customers – Reports on customer activity, new sign-ups, geographic info, and buying behavior.

  • Suspended Sales – Monitors suspended or layaway transactions.

  • Deleted Sales – Logs voided or removed transactions to maintain accuracy and prevent misuse.

  • Discounts – Summarizes applied discounts to evaluate promotions and pricing strategies.

  • Giftcards – Covers all gift card transactions, including balances, audits, and sales performance.

  • Vouchers – Tracks all voucher activities, including:

    • Vouchers Issued – Total vouchers created and distributed.
