This guide will help you manage supplier information and generate reports effectively. You can edit supplier details to keep records up to date, and view supplier reports to track transactions, sales, and other important data.
Editing a Supplier
To update or correct supplier details, follow the steps below:
From the Dashboard, go to the left-menu click Suppliers.
Find the supplier you want to change and click Edit.
Update the supplier information as needed.
Once done, click Save.
Note: Only fields marked in red are required. You can leave the others blank if they don’t apply.
Viewing a Supplier Report
To generate and review detailed reports for a supplier, follow the steps below:
From the Dashboard, go to the left-menu and click Suppliers.
Locate the supplier you'd like to view from the list.
Open their profile by clicking Edit.
In the supplier’s details page, click View Report.
Reports can be printed and receipts can be sent to customers if needed.
Configure report options:
Date Range.
Select specific dates or choose All Time.
Supplier.
Choose the supplier whose transactions and activities you want to review. This is useful if you are managing multiple suppliers.
Sale Type.
Select All or filter by type.
Export to Excel.
Choose Yes to export the report into an Excel file for further analysis, or No to view it only within the system.
Locations.
If your business has multiple branches, you can select All locations for a consolidated report, or limit the report to specific branches.
