To create a Customer Intake Form, follow the steps below:
From the left menu, click Customers
Then select the Customers tab underneath.
โIn the top-right corner, click the three dots (...).
Choose Customer Intake Form.
A new tab will open with the intake form.
Ask the customer to fill in their information and click Submit.
Note:
The page will automatically refresh, ready for the next customer to enter their details.
To make the form easily accessible, copy the form URL and:
Open it on a separate device for quick entry.
Display it for customers to complete on their own.
