Customer Intake Form

To create a Customer Intake Form, follow the steps below:

  1. From the left menu, click Customers

    Then select the Customers tab underneath.

  2. In the top-right corner, click the three dots (...).

  3. Choose Customer Intake Form.

  4. A new tab will open with the intake form.


    Ask the customer to fill in their information and click Submit.

Note:

  • The page will automatically refresh, ready for the next customer to enter their details.

  • To make the form easily accessible, copy the form URL and:

    • Open it on a separate device for quick entry.

    • Display it for customers to complete on their own.
